Reconstruction Summary
According to the accompanying notes by Willem de Vreese, the fragments were discovered by Snellaert in the binding of a printed book in the Ghent University Library, together with a fourth strip that is no longer present. De Vreese comments that only two of the three fragments belong together, but this is incorrect.
