Donated leaf purchased in the 1970s as an antiphonal leaf from a seller in the Lightner Museum for less than $10. Owner knew little about the leaf or what was on it.

The hymn is identifable as written by Cardinal Silvio Antoniano (1540-1603) and is Fortem virili pectore.
