This fragment was later recycled and used for printing a schoolbook, the Abecedarium of Pieter de Clerck (printed in Bruges in 1568). The surviving bifolium, cut horizontally in half, seems to have been used for print proofs. See Wytze Gerbens Hellinga, Kopij en druk in de Nederlanden. Atlas bij de geschiedenis van de Nederlandse typografie (Amsterdam: Noord-Hollandsche Uitgevers, 1962) (p. 143), although more recently some scholars have argued that the Bruges copy was not a print proof but an original issue, which was printed on recycled parchment because of its durability. Oude drukken, dode letter?: de vele gezichten van het oude boek, ed. by Ludo Vandamme and Marleen Dewulf (Brugge: Stad Brugge, 2001), p. 31.
The fragments contains the following parts of the Commentaria:

fol. [2]r: Psalmus XCV ("-venitur in atrium catholice ... [quid enim aequius et]"; see PL 191, col. 882B-884A).
