This fragment consists of a single folio from an Italian antiphonal, datable to the second half of the 12th century. The recto preserves chants for Thursday Matins and Lauds, while the verso contains material for Thursday/Friday Vespers and Friday Matins. Notation is in diastematic neumes on a single red line, occasionally supplemented by yellow lines marking C. The text is written in transitional Caroline-Gothic minuscule, rubricated with simple red initials. The verso is heavily rubbed and faded, possibly used as a pastedown.
