"qui sacratissima[m] carne[m] sua[m]... / ...cui propriu[m] est miserii[sic] semp[er] et"
From the suffrages in a fifteenth-century Book of Hours known as the St. Alexius hours, variant of "O Intemerata". Full borders of acanthus, rinceaux, and berry plants. At the bottom of both the recto and verso, there is a fruit tree tentatively idendified as a pear tree. Recto roundel: Two women, one in pink and one in blue, kneeling before an altar. Behind the table, a tonsured monk in a white robe stands, offering them Communion. Verso roundel: a man and woman, both in blue, standing on a background which is half red and gold, half green. The woman has a halo, possibly the Virgin Mary.
