One and a half leaves from a single bifolium in which the text is laid out in two columns of 27 lines. Three full columns survive on each side along with most of the original margins (top, bottom, inner and one of the outer ones). Five 2-line initials in red and blue are found at the beginning of each lectio, as well as red rubrics.

It includes the first four and a half lectiones of the Passio Sebastiani.
