The leaf was probably cut to the size of the host volume at the right hand edge and then folded around the boards, resulting in the loss of about the last third of each line.

Given that the gradual fragment used for vol. 127 was printed for a Danish diocese, one might surmise a Danish monastic or ecclesiastical provenance for the other medieval parchment fragments of the set, too.
