                <collation>The fragment originally formed part of a single-quire booklet of six bifolia. A reconstruction of the original collation (by the author of this Description) is available on VisColl: 1VI(12). The surviving fragments once formed the fourth and fifth bifolia of the original booklet.</collation>
                <condition>
                  <p>The outer margins are damaged or trimmed, resulting in some text loss. The parchment has hardened and there are glue residues almost everywhere.&#13;
The two bifolia are bound back-to-back in a small folder. The order of the text is: f. 1 - 3 - 4 - 2. In the “Reconstructed Sequence,” I have adjusted the order.</p>
                  <p>The information on the original and current condition are based on Mertens (1978, 57-61).</p>
