The bifolium was cut in half. There are some traces of paper (on fol. [1]r and [2]r), as well as later-added notes ('i mun', fol. [1]r; 'ancilla tua', fol. [2]r). On fol. [2]v, offsets of a liturgical manuscript with musical notation is visible in the outer margin.

Northern gothica textualis formata.

 Plain initials and versals, alternately in red and blue ink. Red rubrication, red colour stroking. Fragments were transferred from St Jacob's Church (Ghent) to the Ghent State Archives in 2023. Description by: Roos in't Velt, Vlaamse Erfgoedbibliotheken, 2024
