One- to -two-line initials in gold on red or blue backgrounds. Rectangular line-fillers in gold and colors.Made in Northern France for the use of Metz.Purchased by Otto F. Ege in the 1930s; dismembered shortly thereafter. Leaves of this manuscripts are used as no. 28 in his "Fifty Original Leaves from Medieval Manuscripts" portfolios.
