About a third of a bifolium survives. On the fragment on the front cover, a large B in a rectangular frame was added by a later hand in order to mark the bass voice contained within the host volume, obscuring some text on the fragment.

Bold Northern Textualis

 Red rubrics, red & blue initials as well as pen-flourished cadels in red and black.  Square notation on red staves.
