Unde cherubin cum celestes virtutes ficti tamen ex metallo, quod imperavit deus super archam testamenti, magne rei significande (col. b) gratia, non aliud quam cherubin, illa quoque figmenta vocitabantur. Tu. Lectio VI. Item dum quisque videt somnium non dicit vidi ymaginem Augustini sed vidi Augustinum, cum eo tempore quo aliquid tale aliquis vidit ignoret hoc Augustinus. Usque adeo manifestum est non ipsos homines sed ymagines eorum videri. Et Pharao spicas se dixit vidisse in somnis et boves, non spicarum aut boum ymagines. Si igitur constat nominibus earum rerum quarum ymagines sunt easdem ymagines appellari, non est mirum quod scriptura dicit Samuelem visum et si forte ymago Samuelis apparuit ficta machinamento eius qui transfigurat se velud (!) angelum lucis et ministros suos subornat velud (!) ministros iusticie.
