The size of this leaf is 305 mm by 215 mm. It is an incunabulum leaf printed by Anton Koberger in 1491, with added rubricaton in red and blue ink on both the recto and verso. The leaf remains white with only minor darkening around the edges. Damage to this leaf includes two small holes, one through the textblock and one in the margin below the textblock, a small food stain on the foredge of the leaf, and a few dark brown spots. The spine edge of the leaf has six binding notches as well as feathering of fibers. Obvious red and blue pilcrows indicating a new paragraph are on both sides of the leaf, and the colors were clearly added by hand. There are red underlines that have been added where the first rubricator missed some paragraph breaks. There are raised capitals throughout the leaf, some following the pilcrow symbol.  Recto: The pilcrow symbols on this side of the leaf are in varying sizes; some are only as tall as one line of text while the tallest spans two lines of text. They were drawn in alternating red (three) and blue (two). There are only two "L"-shaped underlines, one for the "Di" at the top of the page, and the other before "Respondo" within St. Bonaventure's text just under half way down the page.  Verso: The beginning of the new paragraph in the first column below the single column features a red capital initial “A” that is three lines tall. The pilcrow symbols on this side of the leaf all fit within the 3mm height of the lines. They were drawn in almost alternating blue (three) and red (four). There are notably more “L”-shaped red underlines on this side of the text with one under the "Li" at the top of the page, and four in the first column and two in the second column. Under the "Question" section break in the first column, the first word "Ultrum"  has a red line drawn through the "u."

Recto: This side contains the text of Peter Lombard's original theological argument in a central column of 41 lines with each line 4mm high. The entire size of this section of the page is 83x73mm and there are printed notations to the left of this section for division abbreviations like chapter or section breaks. Along the right side of this section and 13 lines along the bottom, at 3mm high, is St. Bonaventure's commentary shaped like a backwards “L.”  Verso: This side is only commentary from St. Bonaventure. There are 6 lines along the top that take up the full written area of 144mm wide with an additional 53 or 55 lines at 3mm high below, broken into two columns that have a total written area of 195x144mm. The only exception to the two-column format is a printed margin note, a “5,” to the center of the textblock in the middle of the page
