            <origin>Printed in Speyer in 1498. The missal was edited by Johannes Trithemius, abbot of Sponheim Abbey, for the Bursfelde Congregation, a reform movement of the late 15th century that advocated for a return to the strict rule of St Benedict. Some fifty copies survive of this edition.</origin>
